Poor service at business rates

I have asked time and time again for your client services to get back to me on simple matters. But once the sale is complete, they will never get back to me timeously on simple requests. I changed my account manager from Brenda to Athien thinking he would get the job done quicker, but now it's been 3 days and he can't even respond to my emails anymore. That's just unacceptable. All I did was ask for the new password for my additional account. What is so difficult about this request? Even changing the account details on my router. Why did it take more than a week for the implementations department to do a 5 minute job? Is this what MWEB Business is all about? I have been a loyal customer for more than 7 years. Please, will someone with authority resolve this matter and change my account manager to the person that's doing the best work at client services because I don't want to deal with slow responses on a service that promises to be the best.
