I was double billed to the amount of R 7, 000.00. This was reported to MWEB in November 2012.
I have been assured that I will receive a credit on my account for 6 months now and every time I call I am told that this issue has been escalated to management and it will be dealt with as a priority.
It is now June 2013 and still no credit.
Thanks for the shocking service MWEB

The credit request has been requested, it currently in process.
