Woolworth Call Centre - Not very helpfull!

I had a query that I logged via e-mail and received a reply on. Upon calling the call centre as indicated on the bottom of the reply email to clarify things I received vague answers. They had all my correspondence in front of them but could not assist with my main question: Why did it take them 2 days to log a missing payment query. The agent got notably irritated and indicated in a very irritated voice that she would have to go and get the agent and put him on the phone to answer that question. All I want is to have my issue resolved and I was doing my best to assist in the matter, I can't say the same about the call centre.
