I am very much disappointed with the service I received from Festival Mall MTN. As a loyal MTN customer, I went to MTN festival Mall to renew my contract. I was assisted by the lady called Lungile and After having discussed couple of options with her and due to some changes I wanted on the contract, she informed me that the transaction can only be completed after two days. I went back to the store on the 30/09/2013 with a hope of collecting what I ordered from MTN. I was shocked when she told me that the upgrade was processed on the 26/09/2013 and the system showed that someone collected a laptop. I was surprised by what she told me because the 26/09/2013 was the very same day I was in their store. After having discussed the matter with her, she informed me of the process that needed to be taken to reverse the transaction as they suspected that it could be. I did as advised and also called Izak the manager of the store. They had both promised to call me with an update, but have not kept their promise. I have gone to the store today to collect the documents because I have called MTN Head Office and was told that the matter has not been forwarded to. Disappointing!!!
