Empty promise

I visited Festival Mall branch on the 8th of May 2013; I was looking for different sizes of the shoes that I bought. Firstly, there was only one person assisting 4 customers- a lady called the store to complain be case we were queuing for long. Secondly, it took long for the ladies to get a store that had my shoe size and send the shoes to Festival Mall. Thirdly, Tebogo and Thuli requested that I leave and they keep contacting the branches and promised to contact me as soon as it's done. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEIR CALL- not even a courtesy call to inform me that they are not able to get the right size shoes sent to their branch. Absolutely-nothing. How pathetic is that.
