Cell C is overcharging me, this is my 2nd complain

Hi

I have had Sandros contact me but he gets back to me every 3-4 days, He does not understand what I am saying, my account is being charged R169.00 now for two consecutive months and my contract is only R119.00.
Please sort this out as this is horrible customer service
