Lack of customer service and incorrect billing

This complaint is in response to my complaint posted on the 4th of April to which Cell C replied that Sandros would contact me to resolve the problem once an investigation was done.
I received a call from Sandros on the afternoon of the 5th and he hadn't done any research into my case. He didn't even know what the cell phone number of the problem account was! he didn't understand the issue and instead proceeded to aggravate me by telling me that i am on a top up account and how it should work (information i'm fully aware of).
When he called, he said that he was having a problem with accessing certain information on their system and would have to call me on monday. I emphasised that when he calls on Monday, he needs to have the facts, all of which i have expressed in my various telephonic and written complaints and i want him to call me with a solution. it is now thursday and I have not had a call back from him. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
