This is my 5th complaint on hello peter. I have been logging calls, emails and complaints on hello peter since the 1st of March. I am still waiting for a call back from Sandros since the 8th of May and on my last complaint via hello peter, Cell C's representative said that he would call me back asap, which was on the 21st of May. I have been incorrectly charged for calls since December and I want the money back that Cell C has out of my account for the last 5 months and I want to get out of the contract I have with them due to their complete lack of service. It is obvious that Cell C does not care as this has been going on for so many months and nothing has been resolved. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
