Cell C
Overcharged

I have 2 contracts with Cell C one is R169 and the other is R70 but I have been charged R239 on the R169 contract which I do not even have a sim card for which means I do not even use it, then I was charged R139 for the R70 contract. To my understanding if I am charged R239 that means I have paid for both contracts thus there is no need for the extra R139.
