Continued LACK of customer service & overcharging

This is my 4th conplaint on hello peter wrt the same unresolved problem. I have an unresolved billing issue since the 1st of March. I have been obscenely overcharged since the first month of my contract (December 2012). I have complained countless times via Cell C's pathetic call center and on hello peter so it is glaringly obvious that Cell C does not care about their customers or perhaps they are inundated with complaints that it takes over 11 weeks to get a response. Sandros called me on wednesday the 8th of may while i was driving and i asked him to call me that afternoon when i was out of my meeting... I am STILL WAITING for a call back from him 2weeks later! It is ridiulous that Cell C continues to money out of my bank account and are refusing to sort out THEIR billing error. Nobody should have to deal with such a blatant disregard for consumer rights!
