Over Charge and None Correction

I have been struggling with Telkom and this two ladies to correct my billing for the past 2 months.
My billing should not have been more than R 10 000 but was charged over R 14 000 for September and then without instruction from myself Telkom has then removed the lines from my personal account and moved them to my Business account. With this being done I get an new bill of over R 16000 for the month of October. Which once again was over charged.

They say they have sent me break downs as to how they got to this amount but I have not received it at all.
I get my invoices every month but I do not receive this break down. VERY STRANGE IN DEED.

I then also applied for addition line on my business account have not to date had any response. Then when I call to follow up after waiting in a store yesterday for 5 hours I get told today that the account is Declined.

I get no joy out of my query being resolved.

please help.
