Low on promises and high on bills, as a customer you call in the call centre for advise and expect accurate, factual information that would make life easy for you, however all you are told is. I called in and spoke to Tracy, Anthony and Vincent just to name but a few regarding why my account that went up since July, I was told that I was downloading stuff from my phone. I asked Tracy to de-activate it as I only wanted to pay my instalment (never done). A month or 2 weeks later I queried about an additional sim card that I didn't use if I could use that for my internet usage as I am getting 100free minutes every month, they said yes I phoned again I spoke to a Vincent and he told me about the internet usage and told me that I had to buy BUNDELS. I phoned to get advice and to be educated but no one was willing to assist gave wrong info. I was promised that I will be called back on my complaint about the first incident only received reference numbers via SMS for a call logged nothing happened. Why are you still in business??
