My account still debitted after contract expired

It has been 3 months since my contract has expired. I called MTN twice to tell them to cancel my debit order!!! They have promised to do so but now i see that my account has been debitted 3 times since expiry!!!

This is!..plain and simple.

MTN must cancel my debit order and refund my 3 months worth of debits. I need this done asap
