MTN still billing me after contract expired

My cellphone contract expired in July 2013. I had called MTN and informed them to cancel the contract a few months before the contract expired but I looked at my bank account SIX months later and they are still debitting my account. This is pure and simple. Once a contract expires... that is it... it does not convert to a month to month contract. I want my money refunded for the last 5 months. This is pure on the part of MTN. And to top matters... i was hanging on for customer service for more than 10 MINUTES with no reply. I hung up... pathetic service.
