Switching of debit order dates without informing C

According to the insurance contract, I'm supposed to be debitted on the last day of each Month. Now they debit my account as and when it suits them. This Month they debitted my account on the 28th & it had no funds in it. I encured penalty fees with my bank for a bounced debit order, now I have to settle that penalty myself. To correct that with them, I have to use my airtime again calling them & their call centre agents can't do nothing to reimburse my me. This is sick, when they want business they're able to call you. When they they supposed to help customers you have to call them.
