Shockingly slow speeds after upgrade

After having upgraded from a 2Mb to a 4Mb line from Mweb my internet speeds have deteriorated terribly. Sometimes I am barely able to browse the internet, let alone download even small files.

This is shocking after having shelled out extra for the 4mb. I will from now on be recommending against anyone I know using mweb.

I have paid for the premium option which promises no throttling, my account management page says I am not throttled, but still I get less than half the speeds I used to usually get before upgrading.

If this is not resolved quickly I'll have no choice but to switch to another service provider.

To anyone reading this, do not bother with Mweb! Choose an ISP that actually delivers on their promises
