Your false promises have gotten you a lot of clients. Just a little advice... don't advertise such good uncapped deals and speeds if you can't cope with the overload. My problem comes with the speed of the line, yes i understand there can be problems but surely they shouldn't last for two weeks and shifting the blame to Telkom every call doesn't really give you the best image. If i recall Telkom are upgrading all their customers lines, what a win... seems like the ISP to be with or WebAfrica.

I'm willing to bet Zuma is the hidden head of Mweb, promises and good service for a few months then the tenders kick in and the corruption. All i want is decent Internet speeds and a stable connection... is that too much to ask?!? And its only going to get worse if the problem isn't sorted out sooner than later, noone is moving back to type writers. I get so cheesed off!

So please just do the service we pay you for!
