Telkom Service leaves much to be desired

I went into Telkom Centurion Branch on the 22/01/2013 and requested a sim card for my wireless phone. I was advised by the consultant that the card was activated and the line was ready to use. After inserting the sim card into the phone, and i tried dialling i received the following message "you do not have sufiecient funds to make this call" i called Telkom on 10210, from my cell phone, and after speaking to various people for over 2 hours, I was advised by a consultant that he will try and assist me with the fault. I held onto the line for over 40 mins, thereafter the call was cut. I called 10210 again and spoke to Veronica, she advised that no fault was registered and she will transfer me to the correct Deaprtment. thereafter, she advised that the Department is closed and tehre is no one available. I called Telkom today and I spoke to Monray, i advised him that telkom's service is pathethic as compared to Cell Phone companies. he stated i should to to a Cell Phone company because the cellphone company wont compare to Telkom's prices. Is this the attitude of Telkom? he finally logged a fault and gave me a reference number stating that Telkom does not have turn around times.
