On 12 December 2013 I advised Telkom that we were moving home. I gave ample notice and was advised that a new adsl line would be installed by 17th December 2013.

It is now nearly end January 2014 and still no contact nor advice as to when installation will be made. When calling Telkom we waste money on being placed on hold only to be diverted to a different department and still not obtaining any assistance!!!

Over one month now. Really Telkom?

I'd appreciate a call to resolve this issue!!
