FOLLOW UP ON PREVIOUS COMPLAINT

OUR PREVIOUS COMPLAINT IN THIS REGARD REFERS.
ON 10/07/2013 OUR LINE WAS ONCE AGAIN NOT INSTALLED. WE WERE NOT ADVISED AND UPON QUERYING WERE TOLD THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE CABLE THAT WAS IN OUR NEIGHBOURS YARD AND NO ACCESS TO THE YARD. WE WOULD BE CONTACTED TO BE ADIVSED OF NEW DATE AFTER PERMISSION FROM SUPERVISOR TO CONTACT NEIGHBOUR. ON 12/07/2013 WE SPOKE WITH THANDI AT TELKOM WHO ADVISED THAT THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED AFTER THE TECHNICIAN SET AN INSTALLATION DATE FOR 12/07/13 (OF WHICH WE WERE NOT INFORMED) AND THAT THERE IS NO EXPLANATION FOR THE CANCELLATION OF ORDER ON THE TELKOM SYSTEM. TO REACTIVATE OUR ORDER WE HAVE TO GO TO A TELKOM SHOP. PLEASE NOTE THE NEAREST TELKOM SHOP IS IN EAST LONDON.
TELKOM HAS NEVER CONTACTED US ON OUR 2 GIVEN CELL NUMBERS TO ADVISE THAT THEY ARE AT THE PREMISES TO INSTALL OUR LINE AND/OR THAT THERE IS WHATEVER PROBLEM FOR NOT INSTALLING. FURTHER, OUR SECURITY GUARD STATES THAT TELKOM HAS NEVER BEEN TO OUR PREMISES IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS. WHAT IS GOING ON? WAS OUR ORDER CANCELLED BECAUSE WE COMPLAINED ON THIS SITE? WE NEED AN EXPLANATION. THIS IS REALLY BAD SERVICE!
