I have a existing contract and wanted to apply to apply for the S4.I filled the online form and got a call last nyt, the lady had system problems she said she will give me a call today at 13:00 if iam chceking the time now is 14:43.I call the Vodacom sales number Gosh get through toa agent that takes long to get to the line and sounds bored. Give her the ref number she keeps asking me whats my query plz woman if i give u the ref u must know i applied for a phone. Then after long question she then says no it not vodacom sum company and gives me the number.i received a sms if referal being received, then referal being approved ref number for last nyt 14431247.Will rather got to another network cause i dont know what is the criteria to get a another contract with Vodacom.
