Still waiting for a galaxy

I recently upgraded last week Thursday (20 June 2013) and I applied for a new contract on the same day. I was told to wait for 2 to 24 hours for approval. I visited the shop on Friday 21 June, and was told my application has been approved, but when I was supposed to be given the galaxy, I was told the stock controller cannot give me the galaxy because the galaxies have not been receipted. The consultant told me she will give me a call once the galaxies have been receipted, and she never did, until I went back to the shop on Sunday 23 June, and I was told the same story. I was promised a call back, but until today, they have not bothered to inform me of anything. Why should MTN advertise something that is not readily available when a customer wants it? How can i still be waiting for a product which is lying there in the shop and im told i cant get it because its not receipted? Its not receipted since last week Friday to this day? Im so dissappointed and I feel I should rather cancel this application and go apply elsewhere, where I will receive a much more better service. Today I have been calling the shop 011 794 1998 non-stop, no answer, dont know if its even working or whats going on.
