Contract ididnt apply fo

It was august 25 i get R49 airtime and at the same i call vodacom they say ihave contract with with RCMS but i never apply for it and they give me the phone number to call them and i call they say there will cancel it after 24hr but now is almost 2month has pass they didn't cancel i don't know why cos idont have money to pay them because i m unemployed and now my sim is damage iwant 2 do sim swap vodacom say i should call rcms again
