Poor service, no stock, rude staff

On 3/6 I applied for a contract at MTN, they were out of stock. I was assured they will receive stock on 6/6. I received an SMS from MTN on 6/6 apologizing for the delay.
I went back to the shop on 13/6 to find out if the phone has arrived yet, the guy just said no without making an effort to check.
I went back to the shop on 24/6. I spoke to Chantelle, asked her to cancel the application. She said she can't help me if I can't give her the guy's name that helped me when I applied for the contract. I didn't know his name. She then paged through a file and told me my application is gone. I asked her to check on the system, she said they were offline, she can't help. I asked her if she can find out when the stock will arrive and she rudely replied, no it's up to MTN and I can't help you. She took my details and said she would call when the system is back online again. She didn't call.
I called on 25/6, again said she can't help me, she will phone me back. She didn't call. I went into the store again. She wasn't there. Another guy the finally terminated the application, without asking me which phone it was, checking whether the phone has arrived yet or offering me any other option.
