No feedback on application

I applied for a smart device almost 2 weeks ago through the online application process. According to the call center I was to receive an SMS saying whether the application was successful within 2-3 working days. I phoned the call center to see how the application was going, but there was no feedback on whether it was accepted or not.
I made sure I applied well before the 7th December recommendation on the site, but the lack of any feedback or processing is ridiculous. I need answers.
