False advertising on next day delivery promise

I order a blackberry z10 from the online shop on 29/10/13, despite having problems with the online portal I called a the call centre and I was assisted to complete the application and I was assured that I will receive my phone the following day 30/12/13. The next day I called 0821945 around 11 am to find out what time I will receive my phone, the consultant old me that they were still busy doing confirmations and they will call me later on during the day and he said if i am unhappy i should go to a vodacom franchise and cancel this online application and do the order there as it will be faster for me to get the phone. Despite that i was patient and waited for the confirmations dep who called me which they did at 2pm on the day i was supposed to receive the phone and did the confirmation and assured me that i will receive the phone the next day 31/10/13, between 8am and 12 noon and so i planned my day accordingly. At 1230 after waiting in vain i called 0821945 for feedback and i was referred to RAM only to be told that i will receive the phone on Monday 7 days after placing the order. this is very unprofessional and inconveniencing.
