Hi all,
I just applied online for a cell phone contract. it delivered it to me after a week despite they wrote on website delivery will be don in 24 hrs. After they delivered the device I considered it is too slow when i connect to wifi. I went to customer care in Menlyn mall and they said they must repair it. I asked them to swap my old simcard (MTN) with the new one (Vodacom). But they said you must reverse the contract, they will come and collect the cellphone, then I need to apply again, they do all process again (i.e. RICA ckeck and etc.) then they will deliver the device to me again with swapped sim!!! I decided to reverse it.they lodged my request on 27/09/13 in Menlyn mall, but no body came to collect the device. After chatting 12 times with online support (each time they said we will call you today) i called 0821945 on 04/10/13. they said we do not have any record of your request on system. I gave them Ref No. and they lodged it and said we will call you for collection. but i am stiil waiting for them, I've told them i am in rush and need to leave Pretoria but they do not care. i got another contract with celllc and they swaped my simcard in 10 mins very easy.
