I JUST CALLED IN TO YOUR CALL CENTRE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS THE STATUS OFF MY DEVICE DELIVERY AND I HAVE BEEN ADVISED FIRSTLY THAT THE CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED CAUSE THERE WAS NO STOCK AND THEN AT THE SAME TIME ADVISED THAT YOU GUYS DO HAVE STOCK OFF THE DEVICE ND WILL DELIVER NOW I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU GUYS HAVE A PROBLEM THERE AND ALL COMPANIES DO AND I HAVE OFFERED TO COME AND COLLECT THE DEVICE MYSELF BUT NOONE IS ADVICING ME IF I CAN NONE CAN TELL ME IF MY DEVICE WILL BE DELIVERED IN THE TIME SPECIFIED AND I'M SHOCKED AS THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME DEALING WITH 8TA MY FIRST CONTRACT THAT UI HAD TAKEN OUT WIT YOU GUYS MY DEVICE WAS DELIVERED IN 2 DAYS NOW WITH THIS NEW CONTRACT ITS BEEN 6 WORKING DAYS NOW AND THERE SEEMS TO BE NO PROGRESS NOW IF SOMEONE CAN CALL ME OR RESPOND TO THIS AND GIVE ME FEEDBACK AS TO IS MY DEVICE READY HAS IT BEEN SENT TO YOU COURIER SERVICE AND IF YOU HAVING A PROBLEM CAN I COME COLLECT IT AT ONE OFF YR BRANCHES? IN THE EASTRAND AREA?
