Goodday,

I raised a query on the 20th of November 2013 with the Call Centre, who told me to basically just pay my bill, although I am disputing charges on my Account. I escalated the complaint to Moenier, regarding the incident. but I have not been contacted or received any feedback as yet. I have been billed R550.00 for data usage on the 19th. I queried is as my simcard wasn't even in a device, and when I told the call Centre this they said that I should pay my account cause they have proof I used it. I asked the consultant why I did not get the limit notifications, and Donovan was nice enough to tell me that my simcard was not in a device so I would not receive these sms's. So how can I use data, when MY SIMCARD IS NOT IN MY DEVICE!!! If no one is able to contact me within 48 hours of laying this complaint, I would like the Handset and simcard collected as I received my Contract 2 weeks ago, and I am within the 30 Day period allowed by the NCRA to cancel this service.
