Still waiting response

I am still waiting for final feedback regardimg my previous complaint of being asked questions from 8years ago! the last i heard was when a cell c representative contacted me and confirmed it is the first time she has heard of such! she further explained that she will investigate and provide feedback! this i have not received as yet, its been a month!!! you better get your act in order! if you cant helo me, give me ur CEO's contact details like i asked in the first place!! Pathetic service!
