My uncle was in Portugal, while away Telkom suspended and then deleted his line. After paying a reconnection fee they connected the wrong line, it took two weeks resolve.

His security code on the phone doesn't work, we have made numerous phonecalls with no real assistance from Telkom. When we enter the security code we are told that the line has been suspended. AGAIN? We have recharged the account with R200 but we can't use the phone due to a problem with the security code. Surely Telkom should be able to assist with this problem. When I call I indicate that the automated voice asks for the account number followed by the secret code. They just tell me impossible asif I would about it.

I would be happy if this query and the noise on this line could be resolved.
