Worst service I've ever experianced!

We had a hail storm on the 11th of November 2013. I then phone Telkom on 10210 and an automated service answered asking me for my 10 didget land line number. I enter the number and it say "There seems to be a problem and will transfer my to the next available agent... BEEP BEEP BEEP call dropped, this went on for two hole days where I was so fed up with Telkom I phoned Mweb. Mweb answered immediately and I've reported my faulty line with Mweb. A Telkom technician came out to our house on the 15th of Nov 2013 from 08h00 until 16h30. He then phoned me from the exchange and asked me if my internet is working. I had a very quick look and said yes it is connected. Needles to say I have a 10MB line and he connected me to a 1MB line. I phoned him back and he is not answering. (He also closed the call). I then try to get hold of Telkom again and they keep arguing with me that my line is a 4MB. I've been paying for my 10MB line for two months with no problems what so every. Currently I'm still on a 1MB line Paying R1500 PM and getting 25kb/s UP and 23kb/s DOWN. My current Telkom Ref# is 388CRK201113. Telkom got to the point where they tell me they don't know what wrong "sorry".
