My company has been waiting for our ADSL line to be fixed since 25/11/2013. I have phoned them 6 times (after being on hold for 20 mins at a time) and each time I am told that the technician is working on it. What a load of!!! Then the last time I called I was told that it could take up to 3 weeks to fix! 3 weeks!!! For a business line?? The first time I called I was told 4 days. I have stopped trying to call because I just get more off. As soon as my 24 month contract is up I will be switching to MWEB. I can't stand Telkom anymore. Plus this is not the first time our lines have been down. At least once a month either the landline or ADSL line is down. Then last week Friday they have the cheek to send a message to remind me to pay my account! Ha!!! Firstly, they can't even send me an invoice, when I do receive an invoice its once every two months - sometimes not at all. Secondly, what am I paying for? What service am I receiving? I would like a discount on my ADSL for however many weeks I am unable to use it. Get your act together Telkom. You are an embarrassment to South Africa.
