Stop sending me invoice and debit order on my acc

I called Telkom on 22 July 2013 to cancel all my services and stop Debit Order on my account. Since then I havent used Telkom Service but I have been receiving invoices. I am absolutely frustrated with the situation. I called Telkom on 15 Oct. 2013 and settled (final settlement) my account (Paid R1267.75 to Telkom). I thought after final settlement I won't receive any invoices but on 10 Nov. 2013 I got another invoice of R872.96.
Telkom Please note, I am not using your services since 22 Aug 2013. Update your systems and stop sending me invoice and stop debit order on my account. I am not going to pay R872.96.
