I am allowed to choose another phone!

Thank you to Vodacom and Susan who helped me. Because of all the problems I have had with my handset they have really come through for me and I have to commend them.
I now have the chance to choose another handset of my choice!
I just wish I didnt have to complain so much to get the problem resolved!
