5th job on the same handset! Really Vodacom?

I do not believe there are words to describe the frustration I feel since the time I took the contract I took with Vodacom (BB Contract). Since very shortly after getting the handset from Vodacom, I have had nothing but problems with the handset. Ongoing errors, phone freezes etc, then I take it back to Vodacom, then they do a SW repair and so it continues. Then the problem starts again shortly thereafter then I take it back again etc. At this stage I honesty do not believe I have any interest in paying what I do every month and go through this type of frustration all the time - I do not believe it is fair for anyone to continuously go through this type of trouble with a handset they pay for every month. I try and use the GPS, it freezes, phone reboots repeatedly then dies, gives "uncaught exception" error - lucky to make a call before it dies. I have tried to exercise patience with this handset and now cannot continue this way and ask that Vodacom not try and fix again so I go back again. I am now asking for a permanent solution or cancellation of contract. I am no longer willing to use this faulty handset. It's ridiculous and worst of all frustrating. Not coming back for 6th job!
