Refurbished phone as replacement

Good day

I am utterly disgusted in the service provided by vodacom. I have sent my phone in due to it being a faulty handset, no fault of mine, after being told i cannot get a courtesy handset, i bought another phone. The phone is known to be problematic! Vodacom sends a refurbished phone as a replacement. I did not agree to pay over R6000 for the handset only to be expected to make due with a secondhand handset. if that is the case vodacom can cancel my handset fee and charge me half price. I signed to pay that amount for a new phone! Also please check your records my previous phone handed in 3 times had been replaced with a new handset all 3 times!!! an expectation has been created, based on that i will take legal action, should this not be resolved by providing me with a new handset! Westgate just sent the refurbished phone back, i would like definitive outcome
