On Monday morning 30/09/2013 RAM came to fetch the tablet PO no: V2P0000266 I called Vodacom to find out when are they going to cancel my contract they told me its going to take 72 hours and I was told to call on Thursday to confirm if its closed. On Thursday 03/10/2013 I called and spoke to spoke to Sifiso Bophela and he told me that they are going to close it today as in Thursday and I will receive an sms before end of day, of which I did not. I called again on Friday 04/10/2013 to follow up spoke to Esther Kgasi she was very rude making life difficult for me not being helpful. When she has to confirm my details she tells me the details I am giving her are not the same as the one in her system and I have been calling a million times confirming same details and no one has told me that my information are not the same, she didn't want to help me, very rude and not helpful at all and have the nerve to tell me to come down after her bad attitude. At the end she tells me that its going to taking 7 working days from 72 hours now to 7 working days, whenever you call you are told different story, Vodacom consultant are not consistent and clearly it shows they don't know what they are doin
