Absolutly no service

After requesting a refund on my Nedbank loan on the 30/04/2013 and being told it to this daywill take 24 - 48 hours to be processed. As of date (14/05/2013) absolutly nothing has been done. I follwed up on Thursday (09/05/2013) and being told the funds will be in my account on the Friday nothing came of this. Call on Monday (13/05/2013) to follow up. Got informed that the person I spoke to on Thursday didnt do the correct follow up :/ Called today (14/05/2013) to confirm everything ws still in order. On hold for five minutes and get told she will contact me before the end of the day. Still waiting for this call. Moral of the storey, dont dont trust what they tell you! Will never recomend them to anyone!
