REFUND OF DOUBLE DEBIT

I am having a huge problem with Cell C, 1st they debit my acc when they feel like it and insists that they do not have debits running on the 31st or the 1st. Yet when I speak to the call centre agents they all have a different story. I specifically asked that my account be debited on the last day of every month, either the 30th /31st depending on the month and everything has been going well until recently. My account was again debited on the 30th of August and my salary only gets paid in on the 31st irrespective of weekends/holidays. I called them and told them that I am going to do an EFT which I did on the 31 Aug and they then ran a debit order on my account the 1 Sept 2013 when i specifically called to ensure this would not happen. I called to ask for the payment to be reversed so that I can get my money back but with every query it takes 48hrs for them to respond. I've since been told by the agent that they cannot refund me because their statement run now shows that I have a credit with them. I don't want a credit, I need my money back urgently because I am a single mother with 2 boys and their credit "MY MONEY" needs to feed my kids. This is unacceptable. PLEASE HELP
