Debited again... really!!???

Dear HalloPeter.
My account has been debited again!!! I called 8ta to cancel my contract in July which expires beginning of August. The lady was friendly and all. But my account got debited end of August/beginning of September so I contacted 8ta and asked why. The lady explained to me that my account was debited for end July... So i said okay but this should be the last debit from 8ta... AGAIN 1st of October my account gets debited!!! AARRGGH I'm so freaking angry... so I ranged them up and spoke to a manager... which told me that my account got debited for July's data usage... wth??
I need to be refunded for being debited in August and September!! This is unacceptable!
