On 27/09/2013 I logged a request. For vodacom to send me itemized billing as I informed them that this is quiet important as it will be used in a hearing (court matter) taking place end of October, they sent me a message notifying me they have received my documents and a consultant would call me back in a day, it's now 4/10/2013 and still have not received a call, this whole week I have been trying to get through to call centre trying at least 4 times a day for 45 min at a time, still no answer. This is pathetic customer service and wish to change network providers. How does a customer get to receive services when they don't answer there call.
