Vodacom Don't Care

This is my fourth post on Hellopeter. And still nobody can tell me what is going on with my account. Everytime I Log a query Vodacom call me and say my problem is being investigated by the engineers. In the mean time I cannot use my phone as it has been off since the 7th of November 2013. I have got legal advice and the Consumer Protection Act is now pursued.
