Een waiting for a week now no response yet

Applied for a macbook pro laptop deal at mtn and after a week of waiting i still havent gotten it yet after phoning abd them telling me that it has been approved me going instore and then they tell me it has not been activated yet but it takes up to a day for that its been a day and im still waiting. Starting to think ive made a bad choice and itsvnot the first time this is happening. #dissapointed
