Mtn parrow centre refused to cover my phone's warranty by telling me its physical damage. They treated me very bad like i was using that phone for only 2months whilst i used it for 1year 10months. I neva had a problem with my phone before nd it was neva opened. I forced them to book it for repairs and after 2weeks they called me nd charged me r1500
