Hi
I am very disatisfied with the service I am getting from cell c, I took my phone back for repairs, n when it was returned it came back with a new fault.
When I 1st took it back for repairs it was the keyboard that was faulty since it was still under the 12month warranty it was fixed but when it was returned to me it started not charging when connecting the charger, well i did not suspect the fault was within the phone but suspected my charger cause sometimes it charged sometimes not until it completely refused to charge which was still under 2month after i collected the phone, I took it back to cellc store where it was tested n found to be faulty n it was send for repairs, now these guys they send me a Quote of R289 saying it because the is physical damage to the usb, how can it be physical damage if the keyboard was not physical damage, n it came back broken they r the ones who damage the usb not me, now they have a nerve to bill me,

NOT HAPPY AT ALL
SOMETIMES I REGRET EVER TAKING A CONTRACT WITH THESE CLOWNS,
THEIR SERVICE IS NOT UP TO STANDARDS THE OTHER HAND HAS NO CLUE OF WHAT THE OTHER ONE IS DOING...
