I've signed a Business Add-on Deal nr 8 and a Business Add-on Deal nr 9 [URL Removed] with Telkom Mobile in September 2013 and the advert states Free R200 Sim & Connection Fee while each bill reflects a R200 connection fee and the call centre person stated that all new contracts will be billed, the same applies to Free CLIP while each bill reflects R8.50 for CLIP
