Over billed by R500 (breach of contract)

I took out a contract for the iphone 5 on the smart plan 100 for R399 a month with free sim and connection fee free CLIP and itemised billing and on the 29th of april on the 15th May i was billed R905 .This is shocking and they have debited money which i have not agreed upon and quite frankly this is a breach of contract.
