Unfair package smartplan 50 / smartplan 100

I received a call from a Sell Direct in Claremont Cpt, offering me, TC1305120 8TC1305120 Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500 White Free SIM & Connection on SmartPlan 50 @R369 Total Included Data 300MB x 24 Months. A day later I see TM mobile is offering SMC1309040 Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500 White Free R200 SIM & Connection Fee on SmartPlan 100 @R369 x 24 Months Free CLIP Free E-Mail Itemised Billing 5GB Telkom Mobile Only Data addtional x 24 Months, basically the deal I was offered for 369pm Smartplan 50 was a rip off when they were running a Smartplan 100 deal for R369pm same price, I tried changing my deal but nobody wanted to listen to me, Telkom Mobile cheated me and if I don't get switched to Smartplan 100 for R369pm you will lose a customer for good including my family, to top it off the Smartplan 50 deal was loaded with 250meg data instead of 300, I haven't received a bill yet as my email address on your system is incorrect this is the worst service ever Check my activation date and the date I received my contract there was already a other deal in place, who will sort this out from TM/Sell Direct? or must ICASA or CPA?
