Reunite Telemarketing phoned me in the month of August 2013 selling a card / service which offers dicounted prices on certain restaurants, movies and other entertainment areas. I clearly stated that I was not interested, but they processed my order even though I said no.
I then contacted them querying the debit order that went off my account (1-Sep-13) after I turned down the offer.
They told me that they would investigate why this happened, I inquired about the service anyway (to find out what I was paying for...?) And they explained to me that it is only a once off fee of R399.00 then i should receive this voucher or card, along with the terms and conditions which need to be signed and returned to them.
Then on 1-Oct-13 a second debit order went off my account and i still have not received any such voucher or card, let alone the T&C's. I have contacted them again with the same query for the third time now. But they cant help me as "their systems are down" or "their internet connection is faulty". I am slowly running out of options to resolve this matter and may need to seek legal advice.
